About the Event
This fun and interactive class is open to all Military Spouses in the National Capital Region.
During the game we will have an open discussion on resiliency. Tips on how to successfully adapt to difficult or challenging life experiences and adjusting to external and internal demands.
As this is an interactive class children are not permitted.
There will be prizes.
